Hello,
I have a question regarding Tapes Marked for Offsite in DPM 2010. DPM set up has 4 PG's. Collocation is enabled. Short term back is to disk. Long Term Weekly, Monthly and Yearly to tape.
Weekly backups are scheduled for 4AM, 5AM, 8PM and 9PM on Saturday and are completed around 10PM.
Currently it takes about 2 days for a tape to be marked ready for offsite. I have read Mike Jacquets blog http://blogs.technet.com/b/dpm/archive/2012/05/14/things-you-can-do-to-help-data-protection-manager-utilize-your-tapes-full-capacity.aspx? but am not sure what to set theTapeWritePeriodRatio or TapeExpiryTolerance properties to.
Any advice would be helpful.
