Backup to disk to Tape not working

Hello,

DPM 2012 latest patches, LTO-4 Tape Library, Server 2008 R2 Sp1 Servers.

1 Protection group synchronizes our File Server to a iSCSI target every 2 Hours. The Long Term Job of the Group starts every Week Day at 8PM.

I think he dont use the Backup from the internal Replica.. The Job is slow, we go 25MB/s thou-put, we got 1Gb Network, HP G7 Servers, why is it soo slow?
