DPM 2012 Sp1 Not Write on Tape

Good day,
I have for weeks problems with DPM 2012 Sp1 and an Overland tape drive IBM Utr. 3580 Drive.
I have installed the drive, as Overland in a data sheet specifies the appropriate drivers.
However, I can not write my drives to tape, I always get the error "The I / O bus was reset 0x80070457".
I have the original driver "LTO Tape Drive" also tried and this brought no success.
