The back up to tape job failed for the following reason: (ID 3311)

All of my backups to tapes are failing and I cannot resolve the issue.

Error: The back up to tape job failed for the following reason: (ID 3311)

View Detailed Errors:

DPM could not find a valid recovery point on disk. (ID 30126)

I have performed the Recommend Action steps DPM provided, Create a recovery point by using express full backup (Short term disk protection), even did a Consistency check. Shows it was successful so I then perform Long Term Protection to tape, immediately fails.

I ran a drive cleaning job on both drives from the tape library, rescanned, and performed full inventory. Still nothing. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
