DPM 2012 R2 - Removing old/overdue tapes?

Hi

I have some old tapes that have been removed due to physical failure but still appear in the tape management reports.

I've certainly come across some very old threads linking to a script to remove old tapes for DPM 2010/2012, however I've also come across a post suggesting that this old script not long works and corrupts the DPM 2012R2 database.

Can someone please confirm how I remove these with DPM 2012 R2?
