Error during job (dataset copy) 0x809909B0

I have error on dpm 2012 sp1, Win2012R2, HP MSL 

The job (long term, tape to tape) fails after 50% process done. This happens for 2 FS servers

Error occurs on the same number of data, for 1st server is 1767039,25 MB. This problem repeat even after weekly full backup (source tapes was changed).

In dpm:

In Event Viewer:

1) the data copy job failed for following reason (id:3310) (id:2001)

2) In DMP Backup Events: Event Id 33223 Backup job failed

3) In system: The DPMRA service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 times(s) Evett Id 7034
